Fishing nets used in the Natural Reserve. Some limited harvesting is allowed, however, illegal shrimping and wood cutting, and hunting of birds and Green Iguanas also occurs. Perhaps most sad, both legal and illegal harvesting of sea turtle eggs also occurs on the Pacific Ocean side of the Reserve.
